Eritrean-Swedish Cultural Event Organized in Gothenburg, Sweden

'Eritrea in Our Hearts', an Eritrean-Swedish solidarity association, organized a cultural event in the city of Gothenburg on 7 December 2016 in presence of representatives of important Swedish associations and Eritrean community members.
The cultural event was opened by a welcoming statement of Ms Fozia Omar, association secretary, who asked president of the association, Mr. Thomas Magnusson, to explain the objectives and future plans of the solidarity outfit.
This was followed by an illustrated presentation on the ups and downs of the Eritrean people and their current sad situation. Other representatives of civic associations in Gothenburg also made solidarity speeches and expressed continued commitment to promote their respective programmers of successful integration in the Swedish society.
The event was given added colour by a presentation of cultural costumes representing different parts of Eritrea. The social event of introduction of different groups to each other was concluded after dinner was served in Eritrean cooking.

ከምዝዝከር፣ ምትእስሳር ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ሰ.ዲ.ህ.ኤ፣ ብዕለት 30 ሓምለ 2016 እየን ቀዳማይ ጉባኤ ኣካይደን። ኣብቲ ጉባኤ ኣብ ዝተፋላለየ ኩርናዓት ዓለም ማለት፡ ኣብ ሃገራት ኤውሮጳ፡ ኣመሪካ፡ ካናዳን፡ ኣውስትራልያን ዝርከባ ኣባላት ምትእስሳር ሰልፊ ዲሞክራሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራ፡ ብቤት ጽሕፈት ምትእስሳር ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ተማእኪለን ብመራኸቢ ብዙሓን ዝተሳተፍኦ ጉባኤ ብዓወት ዛዚመን። ጉባኤ ብኣባል ፈጻሚት ሽማገለ ሓላፊት ቤት ጽሕፈት ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ወ/ት ኤርትራ ኣልኣዛር ተኸፊቱን ተመሪሑን እዩ ተካይዱ። ቀንዲ ሕመረትን ዕላማን ናይዚ ታሪኻዊ ጉባኤ እዚ ከኣ ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ኤርትራውያን ነብሰን ሰሪዔን ኩለንተናዊ ተሳታፍነተን ንምዕዛዝን ተራን ግደን ኤርትራውያን ኣብ ማሕበራዊ ፍትሕን ማዕርነትን ንምርግጋጽ ዘትኮረ ኮይኑ ቤት ጽሕፈት ምትእስሳር ደቂ ኣንስትዮ ሰ.ዲ.ህ.ኤ. ከኣ ንምትግባሩ ከምዝቃለስ ኣስሚሩሉ። ኣብ ዝቀረበ ዛዕባታት ብዕምቆት ክትዕን ልዝብን ድሕሪ ምክያድ፡ መሪሕ መደብ ዕማማት ሓንጺጸን ሰሪዔንን ሓንቲ ንስራሓተን እተማእክል ሽማገለ ብዲሞራሲያዊ ኣገባብ መሪጸን ብዝክረ ሰማእታት ጉባኤ ምዝዛሙ እውን ዝፍለጥ እዩ።
EPDP Call Upon Fraternal Swiss Party To Put Pressure on Bern and Asmara

In a congratulatory message on the re-elections of Mr.Christian Levrat to the presidency of the Swiss Social Democratic Party (SP/PS), the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP) seized the opportunity to call upon the fraternal Swiss party to put pressure on the Swiss government to stop contemplating resumption of technical assistance for and "partnership" with Africa's most repressive regime under the pretext of non-existing "positive signals" from Asmara.
Mr. Levrat, who was first elected at the young age of 36 in 2008 to lead Switzerland's second largest party, again won re-election last weekend with a renewed social-political programme for his third term. Founded 128 years ago, the party is known by the abbreviations of SP in German and PS in French/Italian/Romansh languages of the country. Both EPDP and the Swiss party are affiliated to the Socialist International and the Progressive Alliance.
The EPDP congratulatory message, dated 9 December 2016, saluted SP/PS's right understanding of what is going on in Eritrea and the role of its parliamentary members in trying to depict to the Swiss people and authorities the correct picture in Eritrea. Yet, the memo did not hide the deep concerns of Eritreans about the dangerous compromises being made in favour of dictatorships springing from the simplistic aim of stopping flow of refugees to Europe.
The message pointed out the recent statement of intention by the Swiss foreign ministry hinting at a plan to start "pilot projects" with the regime at the cost of about US$2 million. The objective appeared to re-launching a large-scale development programme "if conditions improve" in Eritrea. It is to be recalled that it was 10 years that Switzerland stopped assistance to the Eritrean regime because of its bad human rights record.
The EPDP memorandum clarified that nothing is improving to the better in Eritrea for Switzerland to resume partnership with Asmara regime. For this reason, the memo urged the fraternal Swiss party to continue opposing the wrong intentions of the Swiss government, and stressed that SP/PS should instead promote the modest requests for action as listed below:
- Pressure the Swiss Government to stop contemplating renewal of cooperation with the Asmara regime until it: a) Implements all recommendations of the UN Commission of Inquiry and the UN Special Rapporteur for human rights in Eritrea; b) Releases political prisoners detained for long years without a day at court; c) Allows the ICRC and concerned UN and other human rights bodies to visit the detention centers in Eritrea; and d) accepts the pressure and submits for positive change through peaceful political transition that includes all Eritrean stakeholders.
- Support Eritrean Non-State Actors: The Swiss Social Democratic Party with other progressive forces to kindly see ways of empowering the mainstream Eritrean non-state actors (civil society and political movements in diaspora) through capacity building.
- Switzerland to Put Pressure on the Asmara regime by implement the targeted UN sanctions which include refusing visas to key regime officials and freezing their bank accounts.
- Relations between Eritrea and Ethiopia: a) The border problem needs to be solved in order to open ways for improved relations. Both Eritrea and Ethiopia can and must be told to show readiness for compromise; b) In particular, Ethiopia must be pressed to fully accept the final and binding decision of the arbitration boundary commission.
- Active support for Eritrean refugees in the Horn of Africa and for those already in Switzerland: a) Switzerland can initiate a special package project for academic and vocational education in East Sudan and North Ethiopia through the use of technical development resources that were suspended for at least a decade from reaching the regime, and b) The tens of thousands of new caseloads of Eritrean refugees in Switzerland are young and without proper education. Giving special attention for their education and skill building would make them better citizens upon their possible return to Eritrea. Both SP/PS and the Government can closely work with Eritrean civil society in Switzerland.
ብመሪሕነት ማሕበር መንእሰያት ዝተጸውዐ ኣኼባ፣ ብዕለት 10 ታሕሳስ 2016 ኣብ ከተማ ፍራንክፎርት ተኻይዱ። እቲ ኣኼባ ኣባላት ዝተፈላለያ ፖለቲካዊ ሓይልታትን፡ ምንቅስቓስን ውልቀ ዜጋታትን ደለይቲ ለውጢ ዝተሳተፍዎ ኮይኑ፡ ኣብ ከባቢኦም ክካየዱ ንዘለዎም ሓባራዊ ዕማማት ብሓድሽ ንምብርባርን ንምርግጋጽን ዝዳህሰሰ እዩ ነይሩ። ከም ውጻኢቱ ኣብዝሓለፈ ገለ ዓመታት ዝጸንሐ ዘይውሁድ ስራሓትን ዝተፈጥረ ዕንቅፋታትን ድሕሪ ምግንዛብ፣ ኣብ መጻኢ ሓቢርካ ንምስራሕን ብዝተፈላለየ ምኽንያታት በዂሩ ዘሎ ዓቕሚ ተቓውሞ ንምልዕዓልን ኩሉ መዳያዊ ምቅስቓሳትን ንጥፈታትን ክካየድ መተካእታ ዘይብሉ ምርጫ ምዃኑ መዚኑ።
እቲ ኣኼባ፡ መቐጸልታ ናይቲ ብዕለት 08.10.2016 ዝተኻየደ ሰፊሕ ማሕበራውን ዜናውን ፖለቲካውን ክፍጸም ዝነበሮ ሓባራዊ ዕማማት ገምጋም ዝተገብረሉ ኣኼባ ኮይኑ፡ ኣብ መጠረስታ፡ ሓንቲ ሓሙሽተ ዝኣባላታ መጻኢ ክግበር ተመዲቡ ዘሎ ኣኼባ፤ ሰፊሕ ተሳትፎ ንኽህልዎ እትጉስጉስ ግዝያዊት ሽማግለ መዚዙ ዕለተ ኣኼባን ሰዓታቱን ቍጺሩ ኣኼባ ምድምዳሙ ተረጋጊጹ ኣሎ።
ኣባላት ሰ.ዲ.ህ.ኤ. ጨንፈር ቁ.2 ሃገር ሽወደን ብዕለት 25/11/2016 ኣብ ዝነብሮም ስሩዕ ወርሓዊ ኣኼባኦም ፡እንደገና እቲ ኒሕ ሓዘል ተበግሶኦም ንዕቤት ሰልፎም ዘሎዎም ዉፍይ ሓልዮት ሎሚ ዘብንእውን መሪሕ ግደ ወሲዶም ናይሓድሽዓመትወፈያ፡ ’’ልግሲ ልደትን ሓዲሽ ዓመትን ’’ ዝብል ነበረ ንምትግባሩ፡ ሰናይ ተግባር ንመንፈስ ቃልሲ ዘርውን ንሰልፊ ዘተባብዕን ብምዃኑ፣ ብሙሉእ ድምጺ ተሳማሚዕም ድሮ ንጊዜኡ ዳርጋ ኩሎም ተሳተፍ ብርኩት ገንዘብ ወፈያታት ኣመዝጊቦም፡ በዚ ጽቡቕ ኣጋጣሚ ኮይኑ ስለዝተራእዮም እንሆ ከኣ ንኩላተንጨናፍር ሰ.ዲ.ህ.ኤ. ከምቀደመን በብኽእለተን ነዚ ሰናይ ተበግሶ ክኽተልኦ የዘኻኽር።

ብዕለት 07-12-2016 ዓ.ም.ፈ. ብሽወደናዊ ኤርትራዊ ምሕዝነት ባህላዊ ማሕበር ኤርትራ ኣብ ልብናዝተዳለወ ሌላ ባህሊ ኤርትራን ቅኑዕ ታሪኻን፡ ኤርትራና ቅድሚ ትማሊ ፡ ትማሊ፡ ሎሚ፡ዝሓቆፈ ሰነዳዊ መግለጺ ብተሳታፍነት ኣገደስቲ ማሕበራት ሽወደንን ሓያሎ ኤርትራውያንን ምዉቅ ምሽት ካብ ሰዓት 18.00 ክሳብ 20.00 ተካይዱ።
እዚ ኣገዳሲ ምስዮት እዚ ብዋና ጸሓፍቲ ሽ.ኤ.ም.ባ.ማ. መንእሰይ ፎዚያ ዑመር ብናይ እንቋዕ ድሓን መጻእኩም ከፊታ ንኣቦወንበር ማሕበር ኣቶ ቶማስ ማግንሶን ኣመሓላለፈቶ። ኣቦ ወንበር ሓጺር ሓበሬታ ናይ ኣመሰራርታን ውህደታዊ ዕላማ ማሕበር ገሊጹ።
ቀጺሉ ሓው ጸሃየ ቀለታ ብስእልታት ዝተሰነየ ካብ ትርጉም ሃገረ ኤርትራ ጀሚሩ፡ ጽማቅ ታሪኻዊ ጉዕዞ ቃልሲ ህዝቢ ኤርትራን፡ ህልዊ ኣሰካፊ ሃለዋት ኤርትራን ህዝባን ሓቢሩ። ምስኡ ከኣ እቲ ዘይምኖ ምዕሩግ ኤርትራዊ ባህላዊ ክዳን ዝለበሱ ሰብኡትን ደቂ ኣንስትዮን ኣብ መድረኽ ብምቕራቦም ዓቢ መሳጢ ኣድናቆት ንተሳተፍቲ ሃበ።
እዚ ሓያል ስሙር ኤርትራዊ ህዝቢ ክርስትያንን ኣስላምን ማለት ደቂ ከበሳ፡ ቆላ ወይ መታሕት ዘሎዎ ዉሁድ ግሩም ባህሊ ኣመስከረ። ቀጺሎም ዕዱምት ኣጋይሽ፡ ናይ ኣበኤፍ፡ ናይ ኣህጉራዊ ህዝባዊ ቤት ትምህርቲ ከተማ ዮተቦርግ፡ ማሕበር ሰላም ሽወደን በብተራ ሓጸርቲ ሰላምታ ኣቕረቡ።
ስዒቡ እቲ ተፈታዊ ባህላዊ መግቢ ዝግኒ፡ ኣልጫ፡ ባምያ፡ መሎኽያ፡ ሩዝ ፡ ሰላጣን ሙዑዝ ጣዕሚ ሙሉእ ተሳታፋይ ብደስታ ኣስተማቂሮም ብሕድሕድ ምልላይን ዕላላትን ከኣ እታ ሰላማዊት ምዕርግቲ ምሸት ተዛዘመት።

ኣቕድም ኣቢሉ ነጻ ምርጫ ትካል ጋምብያ ሰለስተ መራሕቲ ፖለትካውያን ስልፍታት ንውድድር ፕረሲደንትነት ተቐቢሉ ኣመዝጊቡ። ንሳቶም ድማ ፕረሲደንት ያህያ ጃመህ: ኣዳሙ ባርውን ማመህ ካንደህን ኮይኖም ተመዘጊቦም።
ድሕሪ ዝተገብረ ህዝባዊ ምርጫ ድማ መራሕ ሰልፊ ነጻ ጽምዶ ሰልፍታት ብ45.5% ኣብ ልዕልቲ ን22 ዓመታት ንጋምብያ ከም ፕረሲደንት ክመርሕ ዝጸንሐ ያህያ ጃመህ ተዓዊቱ። ያህያ ጃመህ 36.7% ድምጺ ረኺቡ። ሳልሳይ ተወዳዳሪ ማመህ ካንዶ ንናይ ጋምብያ ደሞክራስያዊ ኮንግረስ መሪሑ ዝተዋዳደረ ድማ 17.8% ድምጺ ረኺብ። ድሕርዚ ደሞክራስያዊ ምርጫን ውጽኢቱን ን 22 ዓመታት ከም ፕረሲደንት ኮይኑ ንጋምብያ ክመርሕ ዝጸንሐ ጃመህ፣ ንተመሪጹ ዘሎ ፕረሲደንት ኣዳሙ ባርው እንቋዕ ዓወተካ ብምባል ስዕረቱ ተቐቢልዎ ኣሎ። ስልጣኑ ብሰላም ከምዘመሓላልፍውን ቃል ኣትዩ። ንህዝቢ ጋምብያ ድማ ምዕባለን ሰላምን ተመንዩ። እዚ ምርጫ ህዝቢ ክዕወት ካብ ዘኽኣለ ረቛሒታት ወጻኢ ካብታ ሃገር ዘለው ጋምቢያውያን ናብቲ ሃገር ከመሓላልፍዎ ዝጸንሑ ሓበረታን ሰራዊት ውግእ ጋምብያ ነቲ ምርጫ ዋሕስነት ኮይኖም ብምክታተሎምን ምዃኑ ይንገረሉ። ኣብ ግዜ ምርጫ ዝተራእየ ዕግርግር ኣይነበረን። ክሳብ ዕለተ ምርጫ ኩሉ ብሰላምን ውርዙይ ፖለቲካዊ ቃልስንዩ ተኻይዱ። ናይዚ ጽቡቕ ምርጫ መርኣያ ሰራዊት ውግእን መራሕቶምን ኣብቲ ህዝቢ ሓጎሱ ዝገልጸሉ ዘሎ ጎደናታትን ኣዳባያታትን ተረኺቦም ነቲ ሓጎስ ህዝቢ ሓቢሮሞ ምርኣዮምዩ።

ብፊደል ካስትሮ እትምራሕ ኩባ ሓንቲ ካብተን ኣቐዲመን ናይ ኤርትራ መሰል ርእሰ ውሳነ ዝደገፋ ሃገራት ሓንቲ እያ። ካብቶም ኣብ ቀዳመይቲ ጉጅለ ኣብ 1960ታት ናብ ኩባ ዝተላእኩ ተጋደልቲ ተጋድሎ ሓርነት ኤርትራ፡ ስዉኣት ኢብራሂም ዓፋ፡ ደብሮም ጥሉቕን ማሕሙድ ሓሰብን ከምኡ እውን ተስፋይ ካሕሳይ ይርከብዎም። እዚኣቶም ኣብ ኩባ ኣጠቓቕማ ኣጽዋ ጥራይ ዘይኮነ፡ እንተላይ ጥበብ ወተሃደራዊ ኣመራርሓን ሓጸርቲ ተረደኦታት ብዛዕባ ጸጋማዊ ፖለቲካዊ ኣፍልጦ’ውን ቀሲሞም እዮም። እቲ ግዜ”ቲ ምስ ቃልሲ ዝምድና ዝነበሮም ኤርትራውያን ነታ ብረታዊ ቃልሲ ኤርትራ ዝድግፍ ብዙሕ ሓበረታን ጸብጻባት ተውጽእ ዝነበረት መጽሐት ትሪኮንቲነንታል ረኺቦም ንምንባብ ኣብ ፈቐዶ ቤተመጻሕፍቲ ሃሰው ዝብልሉ ዝነበሩ ግዜ እዩ። እዛ ኣብ ሃቫና ዝመደበራ መጽሐት ብትካል ብምትሕብባር ህዝቢ ኤስያ፡ ኣፍሪቃን ላቲን ኣሜሪካን እትሕተም ዝነበረት ኮይና፡ ካብ ኤውሮጳን ካለኦት ክፍለዓለማትን ናይ ጸጋማውያን ሓገዝን ደገፍን ትረክብ ዝነበረት እያ።
እንተኾነ..
ኣብ መወዳእታ 1970ታት ግና ጉዳያት ናብ ሕማቕ ተቐይሩ። እዚ ዝኾነ 11,600 ኩባውያን ወተሃደራትን 6,000 ወተሃደራዊ ኣማኸርትን ኣብቲ ኢትዮጵያን ሶማልያን ዝዋጋኣሉ ዝነበራ፡ ንመንግስቱ ሃይለማርያም ክሕግዙ ናብ ኢትዮጵያ ምስተላእኩ እዩ። ኩባውያን ናብ ምብራቕ ኢትዮጵያ ከባቢ ኡጋደን ክለኣኹ፡ ፊደል ካስትሮ ኣብ 1978 ነዚ ውሳነ’ዚ ዝወሰነ፡ ሰውራ ኤርትራ ብዘይካ ውሱናት ቦታት ንሰፊሕ ከባብታት ኤርትራ ሓራ ኣውጺኡ ንከተማ ኣስመራ ዝኸበበሉ እዩ ነይሩ። ኣብቲ እዋንቲ ዝነበረ ሓይሊ ተጋድሎ ሓርነት ኤርትራን ህዝባዊ ግንባር ሓርነት ኤርትራን ምስቲ ዝነበሮ ዘተኣማምን ዓቕሚ በቲ ንሰራዊት ኢትዮጵያ ክሕግዝን ከ,መርሕን ዝተላእከ እሞ ድማ 225 ብዝኾና ናይ ሶቬት መጐዓዝያ ነፈርቲ ዝተሰነ ሓይሊ ሶቬት ኣይተሻቐለን።
ኣብቲ እዋንቲ ብዙሓት ኤርትራውያን ፊደል ካስትሮ ነቲ ኣብ 1960ታት ናይ ኩባ ሓገዝ ዝነበሮ ሰውራ ኤርትራ ከጥፍእ ተዘይውስን እቲ ጉዳያት ዝተፈልየ መኾነ ዝብል ርኢቶ ነይርዎም።
ብዘይካዚ ኣብ ወርሒ ሓምለ 2016 ልኡኽ ኩባ ኣብ ባይቶ ሰብኣዊ መሰል ሕቡራት ሃገራት፡ ዲክታቶሪያዊ ስርዓት ኢሳይያስ ኣፈውርቅን ደቂ መዛምርቱን ብገበን ኣንጻር ሰብኣውነት ካብ 1991 ንነጀው፡ ከይክሰሱ ንምክልኻል ኣንጻር ህዝቢ ኤርትራ ተሰሊፉ።
ምስዚ ኩሉ እምበኣር በዚ ኣጋጣሚ ንመዋቲ ፊደል ካስትሮ መንግስተሰማያት የዋርሶም ንብል።
Eritreans Have Reasons to Remember Cuba's Fidel Castro - for Good and Bad

The Cuban revolutionary leader, Fidel Castro, who passed away on 25 November, is being remembered for all what he has done in his political life. On their part, Eritreans also have reasons to remember Fidel Castro and Cuba for the good things and bad things they have done to Eritrea and Eritreans.
To start with the good...
Fidel Castro's Cuba was among the first nations to support the Eritrean struggle for self-determination and national independence. Among the first group of fighters of the Eritrean Liberation Front (ELF) who were sent to Cuba in the late 1960s included Martyrs Ibrahim Afa, Debrom Tiluq Mahmoud Hassab and Tesfai Kahsai. They received training not only in the use of arms but also in military leadership skills plus some basic briefing in leftist ideology. That was the time when Eritreans everywhere, if connected with the national liberation struggle, were fumbling in libraries for copies of the Tricontinental magazine, which many times carried supportive articles and information about what was going in the Eritrean field of armed struggle. The Havana-based magazine was published by the Organizations of Solidarity with the People of Asia, Africa and Latin America (OPAAL) which also received support of left-leaning parties and groups in Europe and other continents.
But ...
Things turned bad in the late 1970s. When the 11,600 Cuban soldiers and 6,000 military advisors sent to help Ethiopia's Menghistu Hailemariam in fighing Somalia ended their job in Ogaden, eastern Ethiopia, Fidel Castro ordered in 1978 that they also fight the Eritrean Revolution that was in the threshold of victory after liberating almost all the country-side and cities except Asmara and other two. The then quite capable and mighty armies of the ELF and the EPLF could not be a match to the Cuban contingent and advisors guiding the Ethiopian army that was also supported by 225 Soviet transport aircraft ferries supplied to Ethiopia.
Many Eritreans believe that things could have been different for Eritrea and its people if Fidel Castro and Cuba were not to decide in crushing the Eritrean Revolution that Cuba was among the first to support it in the 1960s.
Again in June 2016, the Cuban delegation in the UN Human Rights Council stood against the Eritirean people by supporting the dictatorial regime and asking that Isaias Afeworki and his clique be spared from being charged for Crimes Against Humanity for their abuses against their own people since 1991.
Anyway, one need not stop from wishing Fidel Castro's soul to rest in peace.

ገዲምን ዘይሕለልን ተጋዳላይ ኣሕመድ እስማዒል ኣሕመዲን (ኣሕመድ ሶይራ) ብቐዳም 19 ሕዳር 2016 ኣብ ካርቱም ብዝነበሮ ሕዱር ሕማም ምስዋኡ ምስማዕና ከቢድ ስንባደን ሓዘንን ኢዩ ፈጢሩልና።
ስውእ ሓርበኛ ኣሕመድ ሶይራ ካብ ሓምሳታት ናይ ዝሓለፈ ክፍለዘመን ኣትሒዙ፡ ምእንቲ ሃገራዊ ናጽነት እተቓለሰ ገዲም ተጋዳላይ ኢዩ። ኣብ’ቲ ብ1958 እተመስረተ ምንቅስቓስ ሓርነት ኤርትራ (ማሕበር ሸውዓተ) ተባሂሉ ዝፍለጥ ውድብ ብምስላፍ ኢዩ ንቓልሱ ፈሊምዎ። ብድሕሪኡ ድማ፡ ኣባል ተጋድሎ ሓርነት ኤርትራ ኰይኑ፡ ንነዊሕ ዓመታት ኣብ ጠቕላላ ማሕበር ሰራሕተኛታት ኤርትራ ኣገልጊሉ። ድሕሪ ናጽነት ኤርትራ ድማ፡ ኣባል ኤርትራዊ ተበግሶ (ኣልሙባደራ) ኰይኑ ተቓሊሱ።
ተጋዳላይ ኣሕመድ ሶይራ፡ ናይ ውድብ ወሰናስን ዘይሓጽሮ፡ ምስ ዝሰማምዕዎን ዝፈላለይዎን ሰባት፡ ክመያየጥ ዘይደክም፡ ዓቃል፡ ተጻዋራይ፡ ብሱል ተቓላሳይ ኢዩ ነይሩ። ዝምድናኡ ምስ ኤርትራውያን ጥራሕ ዘይኰነስ፡ ምስ ሱዳናውያን እውን ኣዝዩ ሰፊሕን ዓሚቝን ኢዩ ነይሩ። ብፍላይ ድማ፡ ኣባላት ኮሚኒስት ፓርቲ ሱዳን ብዙሕ ዘኽብርዎ ተጋዳላይ ኢዩ ነይሩ።
እቲ ቀንዲ መለለዪኡ ዝዀነ ጠባይ ግን ንዝኣምነሉ ዕላማን መትከላትን ኣሕሊፉ ዘይህብ፡ መሬት ዝጸበበት ትጽበብ ካብ መርገጻቱ ሰንደልደል ዘይብል ቅኑዕ ተቓላሳይ ኢዩ ነይሩ። ስለ’ዚ ኢዩ እውን ነዚ ኵሉ ጽንኩር መድረኻት መዓንጣኡ ሸጥ ኣቢሉ ክሳብ እዛ ካብ ዓለም እተፈልየላ ዕለት ብጽንዓት ተቓሊሱ። ፍቕሪ ሃገርን ህዝብን እምበር ካልእ ዘሸንፎ ነገር ኣይተረኽበን።

EPDP's Frankfurt Branch Holds End-of-Year Meeting
The tireless Frankfurt Branch of the Eritrean People's Democratic Party (EPDP), which is one of the most regular and active party branches in organizing meetings on schedule, held its last 2016 encounter on 20 November and decided to resume New Year meetings as of 15 January 2017.
Opened by branch chairman, Tadesse Asmelash, who saluted and praised the historic contributions to the struggle by the recently fallen party comrade, Osman Ahmed in Kassala, the meeting raised discussed the significance of a number of major events of the year just ending.
The branch meeting reviewed the worsening hardships faced by the Eritrean people inside the homeland and the regime's recent intensification of its wrong doings that only prevent farmers from collecting harvest in peace and traders from succeeding in their efforts. The intensified wrong measures did result in forcing citizens to leave the country in big numbers.
Also discussed was the repressive regime's lie to members of the Eritrean Defence Forces who were promised to receive higher payments but finally saw those 'increases' taken back under different excuses.
The Frankfurt branch also hailed the massive demonstrations organized in Geneva, New York and many other places exposing the political and human rights violations of the cruel Eritrean dictatorship. It commended the reports of the UN Human Rights Council and its inquiry commission on Eritrea and hoped the regime will face accountability for its crimes one day. The meeting also took time to review and commend the international efforts of the party to further expose the regime by taking part at global conferences like the one held in Brussels on 17-18 October 2016.
At ending its meeting, the branch heard a strong appeal to Eritrean youths by young Kubrom Andom who reminded his age-group to redouble their struggle taking the opportunities provided by democratic countries where they have taken temporary refuge from the dictatorship in Eritrea.

ኣኼበኛታት ኣብዚ ዓመተ 2016፡ ኩነታት ሃገርናን ናብራ ህዝብናን ኣብ ኣዝዩ ዝኸፍኤ ኣተሃላልዋ ከምዘሎ እዩ ርእዩ። ብፍላይ ኣብዚ መወዳእታ ናይዚ ዓመትዚ፡ ጸገማት ሓረስቶት እናጸንከረ ዝኸደሉን፤ ኣብ ግዜ ዓጺድ መንእሰያትን ሽማግለታትን ተተገፊፎም ብረት ክዓጥቁ ዝግደዱሉ፤ ኣብ ግዜ እኽሊ ዝኣትወሉ ድማ ንምህርትኻ ሓፊስካ ኣብ ቆፎኻ ኣብ ክንዲ ተእትዎ፡ መንግስቲ ተቖጻጸርቲ ኮሚተታት ልኢኹ ኣብ ዓውድኻ መጺኦም እትበልዖን ንመንግስቲ እትሸጦን ዝውስኑሉን፤ ደቅኹም ሃዲሞም ብዝብል ምስምስ ክትዓጽድ ዝኽልከለሉን፡ ኩነታት ከም ዘሎን ኣኼበኛ ርእዩ።
ሰራዊት ኤርትራ‘ውን፡ እቲ መተዓሻሸዊ ተባሂሉ ናይ ደሞዝ ወሰኽ ዝተገብረ ተመሊሱ ተቖራሚሙ: ደሞዞም ናብ መንግስቲ ዝምለሰሉን፡ ነዚ ዝተቓወሙ ድማ ዝእሰሩሉን ዝሕየሩሉን፡ ካብዚ ብምንቃል ሰራዊትተኣኪቡ ዝሃድመሉ ኩነታት በጺሑ ምህላዉ ተገንዙቡ።ተሪር ቊጽጽር ኣብ ልዕሊ ነጋዶን፡ ሓረስቶትን፡ ሰራዊትን ድማ ነቲ እንጽርጽሮታዊ ናይ ስደት ጉዕዞ ዝያዳ ከምየጋደዶን፡ ኣብ ጉዕዞ ስደት‘ውን ብዙሕ ህልቂት ዝራኣየሉን ግዜ ተበጺሑ ምህላዉ ኣኼባ ብኣንክሮ ርእዩ።
ይኹን እምበር ደለይቲ ለውጢ ኣብ ዝሓሸ ምንቅስቓስ ከም ዘለዉን፡ እቲ ኣብ ኒው ዮርክ ይኹን ካልእ ቦታታት ዝተራእየ ሰላማዊ ሰልፍታትን፡ ኣብ ዝተፈላለየ ቦታታት ዝርአ ዘሎ ምጥርናፋትን‘ውን ኣወንታዊ ኮይኑ ዝይዳ ክሕይል ከምዝግባእ ኣኼባ ኣመልኪቱ።
ካብቶም ብሰልፊ ዝተገብሩ ናይ ወጻኢ ንጥፈታት ኣብነት ብምጥቃስ ድማ፡ ናብ መበል 71 ጠቕላላ ኣኼባ ሕቡራት መንግስታት ዝቐረበ፡ ብዛዕባ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ምግሃስ ፖለቲካውን ሰብኣውን መሰላት ዝገልጽ መዘክርን፤ ከምኡ‘ውን ልኡኽ ሰልፍና ኣብቲ ካብ 17-18.10.2016 ኣብ ብሩሰልስ ዝተኻየደ ኮንፈረንስ ምሕዝነት ገስገስቲ ሓይልታት ተሳቲፉ፡ ብዛዕባ እቲ ኣብ ኤርትራ ዘሎ ኣስጋኢ ኩነታት ዘቕረቦ፡ መብርሂታትን ብምጥቃስ ኣኼባ ኣሞጒሱ።

እቲ ብለካቲት 2015 ኣብ ከተማ ጂኔቭ ዝቖመ ማሕበር ስዊስ-ኤርትራ ንምትሕግጋዝ፡ ብቀዳም 19 ሕዳር ብምክያድ፡ ነቲ ንሓደስቲ መንእሰይ ስደተኛታት ክሕግዝ ንዘበገሶ ዕላማ ብእተዓጻጸፈ ተወፋይነት ከዐውቶ ምዃኑ ኣረጋጊጹ። ንተሳተፍቲ ጉባኤ ኣዝዩ ዘሐበነ ጒዳይ ከኣ፡ እቶም ዝያዳ ንጡፋት መራሕትን ኣገልገልትን ማሕበር ኣብ ወጻኢ ዝዓበዩን እተወልዱን ኤርትራውያንን ናይ ስዊስ ተሓባበርቶምን ምዃኖም ነይሩ።
ቋንቋታት ትግርኛ-ዓረብ-ፈረንሳ ከም ቋንቋ ኣደ ዝመልኽ ኣቦ መንበር ማሕበር ዝኾነ ተድሮስ ኢያሱ፡ ነቲ ጉባኤ ብምውቕ ሰላምታ ድሕሪ ምኽፋቱ፡ ናይ ሽማግለ ኣባላት በብሓደ እናቐረቡ ጸብጻብ ናይ ዝሓለፈ 20 ኣዋርሕ ከቕርቡ ዓዲሙ። ሶፍያ ዓማር ናይ እተዓመ ንጥፈታት ብዝርዝር ድሒር ምቕራባ፣ ዓወት ኣረጋይ ገንዘባዊ ጸብጻብ፡ ተድሮስ ተኽለማርያም ከኣ ፍሉይ ዕማማት ሽማግለ ገሊጾም። ስዊሳዊት ኦሊቪያ ሄለር ከኣ ናይ ዝመጽእ ዓመት መደባት ዝርዝር ኣቕሪባ።

ኣብ ጸብጻም ከም ዝወረደ፡ እቲ ዝያዳ ዕዉት ስራሕ ናይ ማሕበር ነቶም ሓደስቲ መንእሰይ ቋንቋ ፈረንሳ ምምሃርን ሓፈሻዊ ሓበረታ ብዛዕባ ህይወት ኣብ ስዊዘርላንድ ምሕባርን ነይሩ። እቶም ትምህርቲ ዝህቡ/ዝህባ 12 ደቂ ኤርትራን ስዊስን (መብዝሕትኤን ደቂ ኣንስትዮ) ምንባሮም ተገሊጹ። ኣብ ምጅማር ትምህርቲ፡ ኣብ መንጎ መስከረምን ታሕሳስን 2015 ጥራይ 11 ኮርሳት ብምክያድ፡ 381 መንእሰይ ስደተኛታት ምሂሮም። ካብ ጥሪ ክሳብ ሓምለ 2016 ከኣ ኣብ ሰሰሙን ን40 ዝኾኑ ተመሃሮ ኣብ ንኡስ ጒጅለታት መቒሎም ቋንቋ ክምህሩን ክሕብሩን ሓግዮም። እዚ ሕጂ ብመስከረም ዝጀመረ ዓመታዊ መደብ ከኣ ክሳዕ በብጊዜኡ ክሳዕ 50 ንዝኾኑ ተመሃሮ ሓበረታ ምሃብን ምምሃርን ክቕጽል ኢዩ።
ሰበ ስልጣን ካንቶን ጅኔቭ (ክፍሊ ማሕበራዊ ስኒትን ውህደትን) ንመደባት ማሕበር ስዊስ-ኤርትራ ንምዕዋት ክተሓባበሩን ከተባብዑን ጀሚሮም ምህላዎም ተሓቢሩ። ማሕበር ክምስረት እንከሎ ብዙሓት ኣብ ከተማ ጅኔቭ ዝቕመጡ ደለይቲ ፍትሒ ኣብ ስራሓት ማሕበር ክተሓባበሩን ወርሓዊ 5 ፈረንካ ከዋጽኡን ቃል ኣትዮም ምንባሮም ዝዝከር ኰይኑ፡ ኣብ ውሽጢ ዝሓለፈ 20 ኣዋርሕ ግን ካብ ህዝቢ እተረኽበ 500 ፈረንካ ስዊስ ጥራይ ምንባሩ ሽማግለ ገሊጻ። እቶም ንማሕበር ዝመርሑን ዝምህሩን ወለኛታት/ፍቓደኛታት ግን ብሽሕ ዝግመት ገንዘብ ካብ ጅብኦም ከውጽኡ ምጽንሖም ተፈሊጡ።
ጉባኤ፡ ንስዊሳዊት ኦሊቪያ ሄለር ብውሳኽ ነቶም ዝጸንሑ ሓባላት ሽማግለ (ተድሮስ ኢያሱ፣ ሶፍያ፣ ዓወት፣ ተድሮስ ተኽለማርያም) ንዝመጽእ 12 ኣዋርሕ እውን ነቲ ማሕበር ክመርሑ ሓጽዩን ብሓባራዊ ድምጺ ኣጽዲቑን። ኣሕዋት ምራቸው በርሀን ጸጋይ ተስፋልደትን ከኣ ነቲ ዝጸንሐ ምስጉን ምትሕብባሮም ብዘይምቊራጽ ኣማኸርቲ ሽማግለ ኰይኖም ክቕጽሉ ብጣቕዒት ተቐቢሉዎ። ኣሕዋት ኣሕመድ ስሩርን ዓብደላ መሓመድ ዓሊን ኣውን (ኣብ ዘይህላዌኦም) ከም ተቘጻጸርቲ ማሕበር ኰይኖም ክቕጽሉ ርድኢ ሓዳስ ሽማግለን ጉባኤን ነይሩ።
ኤርትራዊ ባህልታት ንስዊስ ምግላጽን ናብ ሓዲሽ ወለዶ ምትሕልላፍን ካብ ዕላማታት ማሕበር ሰለ ዝኾነ ኣብ መጻኢ ካብ ዝዕመም ስራሕት ምዃኑ ተሓቢሩ። ጉብኤኛታት ከኣ ሓደ ንኹሉ ዝጥርንፍ ማእከል ምርካብ ጻዕሪ ክግበረሉ ተላብዮም። ድሕሪ ጉብኤ ናይ ድራርን ወግዕን ጊዜ ቀጺሉ ኣምስዩ።
